The XF ( v6f ) is the superior rep that is why is a ' super rep ' on the NWBIG ' Consensual List ' . The XF is the more accurate rep . The latest batch come with the an Asian 2824-2 clone so no noisy Miyota movement. I would pay the extra bucks and get the XF version . For what you pay for the watch it is a bang for buck super rep .

It seems like some of the TDs have magically found some NOS of the XF Tudor Pelagos in Blue and after reading around and doing some research, it seems like the XF version is NWBIG. However, my understanding is that the ZF version is not too far off and is very close other than a few minor issues with the bezel texture and the case shape. Have recently gotten my first rep, A XF Tudor Pelagos Blue 42mm. Comes with a 2824 Asian clone movement, but previous XF ones come in a miyota 9015. I'm glad for the 2824 as i heard its quieter and easier to repair. Have gotten QC pictures, but i think the 1,8,9 markers are crooked. Should i RL.
Some with 2824 movement (Asian of course) and the other with miyota 9015. My particular hesitation is the Tudor Pelagos: hesitating with V3 with miyota or v4 with 2824. XF and ZF factories get most mention, so I hope this comparison will help those deciding between them. On the table are the two specimens, XF v5 on the left; ZF v2 on the right. XF (also referred to as V6F) is a little more accurate and listed as a super rep. ZF is still great and NWBIG I think, but apparently slightly less accurate visually/externally. The other difference between the XF and ZF is that the XF uses Miyota 9015 movement whereas the ZF uses A2824 movement. I have the Tudor Black Bay with the 2824 movement and I've also had another watch with that movement. Don't believe the bad-mouthing. It's a rock solid movement that can be regulated to be as accurate and reliable as almost any manufacturer movement. I've planned to buy the black dial one but heard the blue one is more accurate to the real thing. Is that true or are both version on the same colour accuracy level?
